At Bay State Ride, we understand that plans can change. To provide the highest level of service and ensure vehicle availability for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation guidelines.
For airport transfers, we monitor flights in real-time. However, if a passenger cannot be located within 45 minutes of the flight's actual arrival time (or the scheduled pickup time for non-airport rides) without prior communication, the ride will be considered a "No-Show" and the full fare will be charged.
Due to the specialized nature of hourly charters, weddings, and large events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
